Vijay Shanthi launches 5 Projects priced Rs 2800 per sq ft uniform. OMR , Ambattur

Check out 5 new projects launched by Vijay Shanthi. Attractively priced at Rs 2800 per sq ft, i think it should be a good competition for DLF in OMR and Upscale in Sriperumbudur. I still have no idea about the exact location nor other details. Please check out and good thing about it the Pre-EMI waiver offer.
 

VIJAY SHANTHI Builders, a leading property developer in Chennai, has unveiled five new residential apartment projects around Chennai. The combined project cost, including land cost, works out to Rs 800 crore.

The projects are coming at Kelambakkam and Thaiyur on the OMR, Sriperumbudur, Madhavaram and Ambattur. The company is offering these projects at an uniform price of Rs 2,800 per sq ft. These apartments will have amenities like jacuzzi, creche, club house with indoor games, swimming pool, health club, recreation centre, shopping complex, guest room facilities and amphi theatre. “We have always believed in offering ‘value for money’ residential projects with ample amenities and these new projects will also be offered in line with that principle,” Mr Suresh Jain, managing director, Vijay Shanthi Builders told reporters .

Besides the amenities, Vijay Shanthi is also offering to take care of the ‘pre-EMI’ interest for those who book the apartments in these five projects, which combinedly offers around 2,500 units.

    Which of the 5 locations will be a better investment bet? I think There are 2 projects in the OMR belt. let us know which is better apprecation?

    People should not blindly believe in The ‘Pre-EMI’ offer. Vijayashanti builders are offering a price of 2600 Rs per sqft for regular payment and 2800 Rs per sq ft for Pre EMI offers. So ultimately the price seems to be the same. When are these projects expected to be completed?

  • The OMR project is 9 KM away from Siruseri IT Park towards Mahabalipuram. The project completion date is Jan 2011.
