    I wanted to buy 2080 or 1225 sq.ft apartment in TVH Ouranya Bay. Is it worth?what rate i can offer ?.presently they are quoting very high rate Rs.4250/-sq.ft. My opinion is to offer them Rs.3500/- sq.ft.please advise.if any one staying in this flat , i need their personal advice about water,facility, and TVH customer relationship.Will this flat value appreciate?
