Even I have booked an apartment, But am getting increasingly scared looking at the negatives of previous launch. Though it looks really good to turn down… I was told that 4-5 days back that Bhoomi Pooja will be done in a couple of weeks from now.
So hope they will start the project. Can anyone who have considered the legal opinion with your own lawyers, got the go ahead to buy an apt in this project. Purva and many friends/relatives have told that, since lot of banks are approving Home loans for this project, there should not be any problem. This can be seen as a positive, cos banks would def verify before lending us the money. But at the same time, this point can blind us into buying this apt with out doing our own check. Cos ultimately we cannot fight either the bank or the builders and win.
So Windermere owners, please provide us some info about the outcome of legal opinions from your lawyers.

I am one of the guys who booked an apartment in 2008 for purva windermere at Rs 2790 per square feet.I have been now informed that the old rate wouldn’t be applicable now but need to pay the new rate of Rs.3199 per square feet.They are basically offering just 100 Rupees off per square feet, from the new rate. If somebody is in the same situation, please be in touch with me or blog here.

Did anyone check their carpet area against super built-up area. When i calculated, carpet area for 3 BHK-R comes to 1256 aft (incl. balcones) against the super built-up of 1942.(~ 65%) which i think is bit too low.
Sundar, The carpet area calculation has to be done via AutoCAD to get the precise area. I’ve been told the carpet area comes to 69% which is in line with most other projects nearby such as DLF, Hiranandani, Opaline, etc.

I have recently booked flat in purva windermere on Aug 2011.
The status of the project currently is work under progress as i am visiting the
project weekly basis.
There were many negative comments before CMDA approval and i think
most of the guys have booked the flats before CMDA approval.
So guys i think need not be worried as the project as kicked off and
lets hope they handover the flats to us on March 2014 which is their estimation.

Had been to the site a fortnight back. excepting the model house (which looks ok) nothing seems in progress. I didn’t see any construction activity or symptoms.
Have booked a flat and now bit worried as to when they would start and complete the project – per schedule or simply drag it to 2020 ……

hey guys booking in windermere is good, last meet with kishore sales manager and sundar DGM in purva he cleared my quires. 1. roads inside the project not only for ours(buyers) its also for public because its a common road. they have future development area also in that purva planning 800+ apts in future, all together 3500+ apts.
