This one is from Purva’s Low cost housing provider Provident.  I have no idea about approval. Price is very very attractive. Not sure on other misc add on. Its right near Cognizant Siruseri.It is close to some of the best educational institutions like the proposed Padma Seshadri in Thoraipakkam and DAV Public in Eggatur. Colleges, hospitals, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture and Cognizant are few minutes drive away.

Preferential Location Charges, Car Parking, Maintenance, Club charges etc as applicable


Swimming pool, gym, table tennis, club house, walking / jogging track, childrens play area, indoor games, aerobics and yoga, party hall, departmental store ????.

    wow atlast chennai housing is coming within affordable limits.
    not sure onthe delivery though..this will put pressure on others to drop price to be competitive.

    These guys badly need cash…. releasing advts will not cost a great deal.Our chennai fools are ready ready to 3-5 laks without verifying any approvals…. brochure is just enough.
    This is just 1995 finance schemes…lets wait and see

    yes some could be of that nature.. builders are tight in their cash flow.. unless they correct themself and reduce their cost.. it will be tough for them and people who got stuck paying them in lacs without the delivery of apts

    Purvankara is reliable company. This is their first project under Provident housing. I don’t think they will do any thing that damages their reputation. The price (1822), I believe, can’t be matched, if they can provide direct road to sipcot, as they claim.

    wht i heard from the purva is the approval is expected in a short while and the official booking starts from then.. till then i think we will have to wait and watch the current market trend.

    Guys! pls visit the site & see their specs before speculating on the future..price may look attractive..but as said, dont just invest based on brochure..laying out road & all will not get through that quickly as builders are not able to complete the project itself!!. see if really suites your need bfor investing..gd luck..

    Today, no builder is safe. Purva/Parsvnath are all relatively late entrants when compared to big daddies like DLF and Unitech. Today, DLF is yet to get approvals and they have taken lofty advances at prime time and I was close to be trapped. I presented the cheque which they said wont encash but they didn’t keep their word. And I had to lose some 1000 Rs in stop payment of all my check leaves (coz i forgot cheque number he he);
    That said, we have to atleast make sure they have approvals and encumbrance-free land. And am sure builders would resort to reduce quality to get their pound of flesh…

    I believe the hidden cost for Preferential Location Charges, Car Parking, Maintenance, Club charges etc will me more. Nowadays many builders are reducing the cost. Let us wait and see…

    I do not see “Cosmo City” project in their website. http://www.puravankara.com/chennai-real-estate-residential.asp. Am I in the rigt place? or will they be updating it after Saturday?
