what is the difficulty here in posting the price list for residential as well as commercial per sq ft rate after all its available for sale OR do they have rental plans only, like how DLF used to promote?

have anyone booked apartment in PS Srijan Velachery. how about the ground water ( I was told by a broker that it is salt) .
What is the best price to ask .They are saying that completion in 2010 .
I am intersted but need experts opinion before I proceed.

Sorry for delay to answer your quarries. We are commited to deliver both Commercial(Grand Mall) and Residence(Grand Residence) on time.We are hopeful to start this mall operational by october 2010 as per our commitment with retailers and flat owners.We are throgh with all the approval from all government bodies.Our basement work has alaredy started any body can go and check the progress any time.
