| No Guess at present. But might be some new entrants..Sriram, Sobha ??… 12.5 L ..how much sq ft area. I guess not more then 600 sq ft. Is it possible to have 2 Bhk..Yes, TNHB flats has it.. Where.?? Might be some where near DLF. |

Area: Ranges from 500 – 1000 sqft (1 BHK to 3BHK Elite)
Ameneties: Club house, jogging track, swimming pool etc..

It is just before Thiruporur, 15 KM from Siruseri SEZ. Better option than Chennai Pattinam.
I called today. All flats are already booked! This could be the beginning of budget apartment season. The housing package for below 20 lakh loans should make builders start construction of budget apartment.
why is every one talking about the base price only not the total cost that way i feel the chennaipattinum project is realy worthwhile after reading their ad i feel dugar is taking us for a ride
