according to my experience, knowledge and belief Padappai is becoming very good place to live and life here is very calm. and when compared to City of Chennai which is very much congested and hard to live with various kinds of illness and all that, Padappai is very much close to nature and the most important thing is that Padappai has got the bus facility so that you can reach Tambaram in five minutes and Chennai Koyambedu in 45 minutes.

Hi Uday,

Is there any email address for me to contact Rajam Engineers for a property management service of my apartment in Chennai?
I plan to visit Chennai around November this year and I am seriously looking for a genuine property manager to look after my apartment which is newlu built and will be kept locked for our occasional use during our India visit. If you know any genuine person to do the job of caring for my property by arranging to clean once a month and to pay all the bills on time. I don’t want to rent it out and so no tenant finding or rent collection etc., Also, I would like to know what would be the nominal fee for the above service after all the expenses reimbursed.
Your input is much would be very helpful.
