L&T Eden Park- Only approved township in OMR

I just happened to visit L & T Eden garden website and i was happy to see a scroller which says the project is fully approved. Recent times, Approval has been discussed a lot where as it was mandatory earlier to start a project after full approvals.

Nice to see atleast one project which is boldly proclaiming full approvals. Atleast there is end date visible for Eden park. May be there is a delay of 3-6 months but there is a end date here. But sad to see DLF, TVH, Hirco, Upscale,Victoria towers no body is showing the approval copies. Every body is confident of approvals, making buyers wait for 6-9 months before starting a project is wrong.

Even LT Arun excello estancia has not yet started their work. I think one should be cautious when dealing with projects starting without approvals. I pity the buyers of DLF and Purva who are still waiting for the approvals.

  2. What is location preference. OMR bit difficult except for DLF or TVh which might come around 54L.

    velachery and with in city limits its impossible. there are some re-sale new flats in OMR next to ETL SEZ. serene acres. i saw one sale for 50L for 3 BHK apartment. check out magic bricks.

    50L for 3 bed apartment….. man!!! chennai is expensive. You can get a beautiful 3 bed condo in austin, tx for that
