I was looking for value buy and found 2 projects which can be considered. Both are in upcoming areas of Chennai and value can be realized after 5+ years of holding.


Amanya is sandwiched be OMR and GST. From Tiruporur -OMR around 8-10 KM and from GST it is around 13 KM. It is right next to CEE DEE YES CHENNAI PATINAM

Price was Rs 1699 per sqft + 25 per sqft + 1.25 lakhs (Other cost).
Now it is Rs 1799 per sqft + 25 per sqft + 1.25 lakhs (Other cost).

The price will be slowly increased by another Rs 200-300 depending on the response in another 1 year time frame.

Builder previous project Amarisa came out very well. Price starts 12+ Lakhs for a 1bhk, 15-16 lakhs for a 2 bhk and 19-23 lakhs for a 3 bhk inclusive of all charges. Pay now Rs 50000 and your next payment will start around Feb-Mar 2011

CEE DEE YES Chennai patinam (CP) -2km from Amanya has schools, super market, cine complex etc. So these factors should not concern buyers.

I am not sure at this point which is better -CP or Amanya. CP will be completed in a year time frame and Amanya construction will end by 2012 Dec or Q2 2013.

This area is part of new chennai development.
