    I enquired about the various projects by Sidharth Foundations in Chennai. The rates quoted are as follows:

    1) Sidharth Visvaleela – Annanagar – Rs 8500/sqft (only 2 flats in 3rd floor available)

    2) Sidharth Tulip – Virugambakkam – Rs 4800/sqft (only 3 flats available)

    3) Sidharth Natura – Medavakkam – Rs 3200/sqft

    What is your opinion about the price quoted?
