    With great regret I have to state that the manager of the store , e zone omr , gandhi square, omr road, chennai, ph#044-24967771/72 mr. yogesh misbehaved with me in the billing counter of the third floor. I was standing in the q for more than half an hour to bill for my 2 split ac….but when my turn came the lady in the counter was taking the bills of the people outside the q. i only requested her to bill in q, hearing which the so called store manager raised his voice and eyes against me. This is not accepetd from any gentleman leave alone a manager of a store of e zone….we pay for our product and accept a little courteous and polite behaviour. The salesman who guided us to the product was very patient and an equally polite person. My receipt no is 2064001008 dated 1.1.2009. Iam waiting for an early response. debashis neogi

  3. I am not at all satisfied with the services of Ezone. I ordered some items and they took almost a week to deliver and another two days to send a person to install the appliances.

    Once the sale was done there was absolutely no corresspondance from them, I had to call them about 20 times to get the delivery. This is for the ezone store at OMR Chennai.

    we bought wet grinder from ezone. i think they have given us display piece. The chapathi kneader attachement is missing in the pack, also stand for cleaning the stone also missing. please tell me how to get it from them.

    Worst staff. Never buy anything from this shop in OMR. I bought an AC shop staff told a price and once i decided to buy and asked for billing the price was 2000 rs more . Then i had to call the manager and get it resolved ( said billing staff dont know about the offer price ) !!!
    Delivery was made but the stabilizer i bought was not delivered. Said out of stock. They bought the bill from me saying the delivery is done… but stabilizer!!! ( its going to be one week i have no clue when the stabilizer will arrive ) No response if called on the landlines of the shop .
    Horrible .. worst ezone branch i ever seen.

    We bought a microwave and the actual price was something(tage price listed on the showcase) around 7000 and they gave us for 6500 due to the revised price list. excellent service from the sales man and they have taken too much time to deliver the product.

    After Sales service is very bad in Ezone – OMR , I have bought Samsung 46 LED in the span of 5 month its got repair and complianed and did multiple follow up but nobody care for the customer after purchase.
