Can we have further details on the Vandalur Project including full range of facilities / time frame for the project completion / payment options etc., Please also furnish details of the nature of the occommodation, namely no. of bedrooms available in the Villas / Apartments under Premium Catagory.
Need full financial flows and time line for the buyer for both studio as well as Villa / bigger apartments

I have blocked one studio flat of 530 sft.I suggest that ot would make the design more valuable by adding a small balcony and a tucked in WC in the studio flat ofcourse at a marginal additional cost. this may please be thought of.

I have booked a studio apartment of about 530 sft at serene adinath and it will be of great help, if you can add a small balcony to the flat to enable senior citizens to relax.

The above particulars does not give any details. Please give complete particulars about Vandalur and Shantiniketan apartments and also if individual villas are being constructed as I am interested. I am now 71 years. I wish to know whether you will take care and rent it out the apartment till I occupy the same. I shall continue to stay in Hyderabad as long as I am able to(Suffering from Trigeneminal neuralgia and is undergoing treatment with local neurophysician)
