Casa Grande already has a plot project in Ponmar called Palm Meadows.I did visit during one of these vacations. It price is around 800 per sq ft. Not sure if its worth it. But Its a gated plot.
| Now CG is launching a Twin Villa project in the same location. Name not sure but might be “The Villa”. I heard Each villa is 2 bed and priced around 23 Lakhs. You can visit the site if you want to see the model villa. |
It is in Ponmar 9 km from Medvakkam Junction. Water is never a problem in Ponmar. But this area has the potential to appreciate if roads are well developed.
