		<description>Hi Uday, useful post, however all these VOIP services seem to be useful from USA only. I live in Dubai, UAE. I use Yahoo Messenger to call any phone in India and it costs me $0.08 per minute. The clarity is very decent. This is far cheaper than what the Govt run telecom company charges here. Do you know of any similar service that charges lesser than $0.08 per minute? Most VOIP paid services  are blocked by Govt here. (including Skype) . Luckily Yahoo messenger is spared.</description>
