I have learnt builders such as KG Builders, TVH, NAPC Properties and Land Marvel are having their residential projects under construction. What is the general opinion of these builders

Dear All

If one goes thru the thread above since June 2009′, there have been various views and judgements. I can notice one specific Ceebros Omr related . Their OMR project is almost complete as the discussions on the blog continue. All Delhi, BombAy,Bangalore based large repputed builders are stil struggling to completion since 2007. Only Akshaya, Xs, Ceebros & L&T have demostrated their ability to complete on OMR. Rate is a lesser prioritzy driver than the risk of completion. With soaring interest rates during 2007 to 2011 ( from 8% to 15%), it certainly seems mathematically correct to pay a few 100/sft to abuilder who delivers than the one who never. Buyers in Mantri, Purva, DLF, Hiranandani, India Bulls, etc,etc are still waiting with hope though.

What amazes me though is that Appswamy launched a project on OMR prior to Cebros and in 12 months, they havent even commenced work. So, beware of delivery promises, all else can be managed.

I recently bought an apartment in the Ceebros Golf village at OMR. My friend recommended the builder to me as he had a positive experience with them in their city project. It was a hassle free experience dealing with Ceebros as I had a lot of queries with regards to loans and documentation and the staff were very attentive to all my needs.

..i just went very far..away to see apartments today..and i saw an interesting builder who does absolutely nil publicity(that’s what they told me)and i saw..all these apartments you all have been talking about on my way back.But what i saw was also good..take a look…at this ..and rates are low..but what they are planning to do it impressive..check it out and react..Begonia..by DABC…www.dabcchennai.com

We wanted a flat of CEEBROS constructed, still not able to get one, We would be glad if we could get an opportunity to own one Ceebros three or two bedroom flat at OMR / Thoraipakkam.

Hello Guys – I booked a flat in Ceebros Boulevard @ 4750/Sq. Ft. They were sold out couple of weeks after launch. Delivery by Oct 2011. As of Jan 2011, they have completed roof and wall upto 9 floors (total of 11 floors) and started plastering work. They seem to be on target. Price looks little on the higher side, however considering you can potentially earn rental income by late this year will even out the few hundred rupees differential that you get from other builders.

Omr projects are plenty. Go check it out. Like arvind mentioned small local builders are going to face theheat. So buy from national builders there ok.
