		<description>Guys,

I spoke to CEEBROS guy, launch is postponed to this month end. If I call them month end, I will get a response saying launch will happen in mid of next month which is June. 

I am hearing the same story since october 2009 which is alomost 8 months. Any body else also hearing the same story. Please post, if you hear anything different.</description>

Feel as understood will be 3750/- per sqft ceebros launch.  launch expected by 10 th may. within one month of launch it will be quoted 4000+</description>

		<description>Now this project got CMDA approval and Ceebros also sent the plan to Banks for loan approval. Inaguration will be on April 14th. I feel Ceebros may come up with a price between 3750 to 4200 per sft. I saw so many names in ceebros office register for this project. Please share your information, thoughts on this project.

I am planning to buy in this project and i could not see many positive comments on their previous project Syamala Gardens. Also it seems Ceebros forgot to update their website for very long time. I feel they are concentrating more on commercial buildings than residential. I am worried whether they can meet their own standards followed in their previous projects.</description>

		<description>OMR is flooded with apartments. There will be more than 50,000 apartments available for sale this year. There are currently few buyers for Hiranandhi, Olympia and L&amp;T. Hira might scrap some of its proposed builds in the township due to lack of demand and insane pricing. L&amp;T occupation is also very low at the moment. Olympia is the only township that is doing reasonably well in terms of booking, due to the price - my friend booked a apartment here last week for Rs3000/sq ft after hard negotiation.

It is a certainty that Omr prices will hover around Rs2500/sqft in one year due to large supply and dwindling demand. After these 50000 families eventually move in. OMR will look like Ranganthan street, and the price will go down even further. 

OMR started off very nicely, but government and builder greed is killing the concept. People who bought recently or are planning buy this year in and around Siruseri will certainly regret it in two years. It you are planning to buy for renting, forget about it - most people prefer to rent near the city.

		<description>Do you know , Heard that CEEBROS project in velachery has some issues on OSR which was not clearly told to the owners.Heard after the association took over , recently the panchayat has put a board that the parks inside the ceebros complex belongs to them as it is OSR-Open space recreation.This can be used by Public also.This issue is coming up in many apartments new projects too.Many builders do not reveal this.They say gated community, with childrens park, play area ,but after purchase oe at the time of handing over the owners come to know that it is not gated , and the play areas can be accesd by public too called as OSR.As per rules any project should leave a space for OSR,But some builders give our private parks and play area as OSR which is registerd under panchayat without our knowledge.Some builders take it from our UDS area.We should be very clear on this OSR,when we purchase and before handover.</description>
