They already sold Villa houses under the name CEE DEE YES HOLIDAY HOMES in Padur village on ECR Road near Kovalam 5 years ago promising “JOGGING TRACK SURROUNDED BY LUSH GREET TREES, CLUB HOUSE WITH SWIMMING POOL, TENNIS COURT, BILLIARD POOL, LIBRARY, CONVENTION AND SHOPPING MALL ETCC” even as on date they have not completed these facilaties and to make things worse they have buit a house on the place meant for tennis cours. After so many years there is no concrete answer from them. Any one can make a visit to this place CEE DEE YES HOLIDAY HOMES, PADUR, ECR ROAD and check the facts for themselves.

In the end they will refute to legal agreement which u might have overlooked in your excitment of buying. Many reputed builders like Ceebros who you have pointed are guilty. Please list out a few others for Public awareness. – HIRCO, RAMANIYAM REAL ESTATES for cleverly resorting to malpractices and defective construction which do not be in favour of purchaser. Only they make lot money. These people also use sub contractor route to escape and cheat innocent NRI’s and others – Please keep adding for public awareness. I had left a message regading the project, in Sept.2009. Now I have rebooked an apartment and the project is going at a rapid pace. I think they will deliver by end March 2011, as I visit the place atleast once a month and am pleased with the progress. Now the road has also been done except for the last bit towards Tirupporur. I think it is worth the money paid as we alwys cribbed about distances to see the suburbs bursting at their seams in a few years.
Quality of building are also low as cost have escalated for past couple of years. Please compare the brochure picture from 2008 with the constructed buildings

I am collecting information about Cdeeyes chennai pattinam.I heard from the sales executive that they will assist in renting the falt and the rental charges will be in the range of 7k-11k for 1100 sq.feet falt.They already have tie up with IT companies in Mahindra world city, life line hospital,sathya sai medical college/hospital and also a request from sinagapore firm for rental homes.Flats will be handed over by the month of may.Is any one having information to confirm the above mentioned things? Please share any other information you have realted to this project.
I have visited the site 2 days ago and the work is going on full swing .. i believe the school will be run by ceedeeyes team initially and will slowly get associated with DAV as they claim . the school construction is almost over. the new road from thiruporur to the site is laid by ceedeeyes.but i dont know how is the connecting road to gst (Guduvanchery) from the site. Well…when compared with mantri and tvh …ceedeeyes seems to be really worth a place in terms of quality and carpet area space.I have cornered with ceedeeyes . can anyone tell me whats the best bargain.

I think many of you who are purchasing apartments of CeeDeeYes should check with owners of their other apartments. Many have been cheated with irregularities in approvals, legal documents. Also, do not agree for a maintenance contract with the builder. He uses it as a means to make money, over charging residents and will never offer accountability and transparency, His quality of maintenance is no where close to the top builders today. in a few years, you will start experiencing many structural issues leading to heavy maintenance activities and cost. I have heard that in one of his apartments, the entire ceiling caved in, luckily no one was hurt, but they covered the whole issue up. Overall, many owners who have interacted with the builder will say that they are downright unprofessional, rude, high handed and the customer always loses.
I hope CeeDeeYes projects have been vastly successful in velachery area and they have built a good brand in the market… I had purchased a flat in chennai pattinam, I have always believed that nationalised banks are much safer to hold your loans… they had suggested banks like iob and canara Bank… I was quite happy with it and when i approached the bankers they said the project title is clear and approved by them… I believe people can approach ceedeeyes and dont have to worry about the quality…. Cheers!!!

I am going to put my son for swimming classes…gr8 apartment for affordable price… I dont think distance is matter when everthng is provided under one roof
