Got few startup snaps of Plaza Tranquil Acres -Kovilambakkam. Initial price was Rs 3100 and now increased to Rs 3500 after they obtained the approval. I was highly impressed with this unknown builder. This particular property is right behind SIS Dunabe and is attractively priced at 59 Lakhs for a spacious 3 bed room flat in Jayachandra nagar -Palikarnai. It has lift, decent landscaping, Genset etc.
Take a Look. Some of the photos are SIS Dunabe and Green park. But all [...] Clicked some random pictures during recent vacations.Had a horrible time traveling via Koyembedu bridge. No idea why it takes so much time for infra development in india. Hope good sense prevails on those bridge constructor.

Nice to see project is completed and people have started occupying. Well i was browsing through epaper of [...] First of all, It was a hurried visit. Did not go with camera. So will post some photos later. Asked my friend to get some snaps. Will update this post.
