Looks like Unitech has 2 projects in Perumbur and one off OMR. Not sure if the Binny factory land is the site for perumbur project. Could not exactly pin point on OMR location project but i remember some where near Chennai pattinam and Eden park.

This one from one of my favorite builders. Neel Kamal from Real value is right opposite SIPCOT on OMR. Good features with attractive pricing. We can depend on Real values quality and delivery is mostly ontime. Not sure on the Approval front and would update once i get to know floor plan and cost sheet.

More good news for budget buyers. Not sure when these budget flats will be completed. But its nice to hear more builders competating for release budget flats. Not sure of other details. Will update  once i get to know more. Added a new category Budget Homes for easy tracking.

This one is from Purva’s Low cost housing provider Provident.  I have no idea about approval. Price is very very attractive. Not sure on other misc add on.
