We can depend on Real values quality and delivery is mostly ontime. Not sure on the Approval front and would update once i get to know floor plan and cost sheet. [...]

More good news for budget buyers. Not sure when these budget flats will be completed. But its nice to hear more builders competating for release budget flats. Not sure of other details. Will update  once i get to know more. Added a new category Budget Homes for easy tracking.  

This one is from Purva’s Low cost housing provider Provident.  I have no idea about approval. Price is very very attractive. Not sure on other misc add on.
