| CREDAI is organising FAIRPRO, a big property fair in Chennai coming Jan 18 -20 2008.I got to hear that there is going to be lot of discounts for folks booking their homes at this fair. Usually home buyers can expect discounts in per sq ft rate and other waivers like free car park (Not really now a days), free registration, No Pre-EMI etc. |
There is one more fair at Raja Muthiah Hall this year end. I think its on Dec 28, if i am not wrong. So incase you are looking for some good home deals, this is the place to be.
