Best Sea View apartments in chennai
One of our readers was asking which is the best Sea View apartments in Chennai. I could currently think of atleast 4 projects which to me has a good sea view apartments. Needless to say Chennai has one of longest sea shore in the world but poor planning and rapid city development prevented it from being utilized to the best.
Some of the best places for Sea view is Besant Nagar, Thiruvamiyur, ECR, MRC Nagar. There are currently 4 projects which comes to my mind immeditely. They are
It would leave you poorer by 200 – 300 lakhs depending on the apartment you choose. The construction was completed by 2006 but looks like still there are some flats available for sale. The current rate per sqft is in the range of 9500 to 12500. Sea view would be best from the 14 floor. Check out, these apartments were available one month back.
b) Victoria Towers by Suryavardhan Estates
This is a joint venture of Tarapore& Co. and the promoters of Spencer Plaza. I heard that the there is a excellent sea view from the 10 floor and above. Check out. They are also developing the Coromandel Plaza -shopping plaza and multiplex
c) Hiranandani Upscale
To me this is the best sea view apartments available currently in Chennai. The project once approved for 28 floors will have enviable sea views. CMDA does not allow construction about a certain height (around 19 floors) and i am sure Upscale has not yet received its approval in full. But i know quite a few people who have brought apartments in the 24 floors just for the sea view.
d) Olympia Opaline
G+ 19 and should have good sea view from the top floors. This project by Khivaraj who are known for their IT parks is surely a good investment bet.
My favourite is MRC nagar projects. The Lords by Real value promoters is one i like the most. But i think it is sold out.
