As of July 2009, the plan has changed for this project. The new plan consists of row houses also called terrace villas (still 3 BHK) apart from other types of villas. Starting price for terrace villa is around 33L (total cost) starting from 1418 sq.ft.

Gopi,
If you are going to stay and enjoy the atmosphere and facilities its good. but if you look at it as a investment , returns will be poor. it could be rented out for 25k-30k (if more investors buy then it could bring the rental value too bcos of competition this is true for any Realestate property) atmost. see the math for your self.
