Apartments at Urapakkam 593 sq ft @ 12 Lakhs

I just had some time to visit Sterling’s office at 124 GN Chetty road. They had a big advertisement in hindu last week which attracted my attention.GST road in recent times witnessed a lot of action with ESTANCIA and other builders starting big projects. But the sad part was it was not accessible to common man with per square rate touching 3000+.

Sterling Little flowers is located right on GST road and they are currently offering flats for Rs 12 Lakhs(593 sq ft)including registration and other charges. I was told by them that construction had started 3 years back and there are some flats available for sale in blocks which are almost complete.

I thought it might be a good investment but the specs looked very cheap. Reminded me of the old tamil saying “KASSU KU YEATHA DOSA.(you get what you paid for)”. But basic facilities like LIFT etc was available. I was tempted but need to find out how the construction looks like once i visit the construction site next week. Not sure if i get time for the same.

I’d a chance to visit the site of Sterling Little Flower apartments @ Urapakkam. I was shown a flat that was vacant at one of the block. The block was total mess up like govt building/ hospitals that you see everywhere people spit throught the steps side. Out side was not at all clean. I could see garbage around the apartments. This apartment is not suitable for who is looking for good neighbourhood to grow their children. May be suitable for bachelors/college students not for families. I could see water leakeages outside walls.
This apartment is look like Slum board apartment. Not worth for your money. So think twice or better visit this place before buying any apartment like this one.
