    Check out projects in Palikarnai. but only 2 bed you would get.

    Are you planning Appasamy west hills. Thats a very good project and i think it quotes around this price?. its worth the money and any thing in city is always good to own then its outskirts. Be sure the price would appreciate to 6000 in another 2 years.

    I am eagerly waiting for a another National Newspaper THE TIMES OF INDIA in chennai .it is set to be launched on Tamil New year day. I have been the Regular Times Of India reader In BOMBAY and also in Delhi.When It entered Delhi many years back, It significantly affected the then largest selling Hindustan Times in Delhi. I expect the same thing to happen in Chennai.Hindu is a very good NewsPaper , has a good share of Classified advertisement particularly Matrimonial and Property.Despite a good income from the advertisemnet , the cost of the NewsPaper is high.I believe it should be brought down to RS 1.50 on all days of the week.One can see the panic from the Hindu of late with several advertisements in the city .of late they have brought out new supplements like retail, madras plus etc.this is becos of the arrival of one of the oldest English Daily and a National Newspaper in Chennai.Times of India has alraedy offered the annual Subscription for less than Rs 300 . What I expect from Hindu is not more supplements or more glamour , but a reduced price. can Chennaites expect a reduction in the cost of your Newspaper??
