2 More projects Announced. Sabari and L & T South City
DLF has set up a price war with 2 more projects announced with in the last 2 days. Sabari has announced its project in Siruseri yesterday and now LT South city has L & T has announced its project launch.
Any idea on L&T record in building apartment complexes?
One particular acquaintance of mine did not give a positive narrative on it. He mentioned building interiors developed patches in an year. Its a hearsay. Not sure. Even i am not convinced either way.
L&T does heavy lifting for infrastructure building in India. National highways they built or their presence in several engineering fields offer an impressive track record however.
I checked into their reputation and it appears to be solid on all accounts – given the number of builders that have emerged in India since the RE boom, going with a reputable builder has its merits.
Forgot to add to my previous comment…I spoke to Eden Park sales and they have apparently sold 100 plus units in the last week. They are planning to increase prices in a week to 4000.
I visited the site.. It is no ‘integrated township’ It is just 14 acres and the buildings. They have some more land, but it is bit far away from this plot. They have not plans finalised for that land.
I feed Puravankara/mantri is better than this.. atleast it is on OMR. L&T would be worth at
They have sold out of 450+ units in the 2.5 weeks since this project was announced. It is an integrated township, this is phase 1 of 5 phases. Phase 1 is on 14 acres. Future phases have villas and school, retail stores, and hospital planned within the 100 acres of land….no other community like that near OMR.
